Very important: You can only remove items from the loadout for which you have the necessary skills. For example: you are using a legendary bow. You need the skill "Improved Ballistic Studies" for this. Now you put the bow together with other equipment on the loadout. If you now change your skills and forget to skill "Improved Ballistic Studies" again, you cannot remove the bow from the loadout. However, you may be able to remove other equipment. Things can quickly get mixed up here and items are lost.
Therefore, always make sure to skill all the necessary skills for your equipment. The item "Remembrance" can be very helpful here.
