Where can I find the tavern?
The tavern is located in Nassau in Grid C3. You will find it very close to the Stable near the Animal sales platforms

Where can I get a bed?
The tavern owner on the first floor rents out beds. To rent a bed, you must access the innkeeper via the radial menu. The price is 1 gold per 3 hours. You can spawn on the bed as usual. The bed also has an inventory where you can store some items. You must also store the gold for the rent payments in the bed.
What if I really need a lot of space?
On the second floor of the tavern, you will find an NPC behind a wooden counter in one of the rooms. For 500 gold per 7 days (RL), he will rent you a resource crate. Here you can store unlimited materials and also buy mats directly for the Paying for animals store. The rent must be included in the inventory of the crate.
Depending on the size of your character, you may have to jump on the counter to rent.
Where can I find the Faction quests (Navy/Pirates) NPC?
The NPC for the pirate quests is right when you enter. To the right of the bar is the NPC for the navy quests.
