Direct admin support is available via the ticket system at Support. (Red marking - please do not confuse with the voice channel of the same name!)
Then select Atlas at the blue marker.

Topic: The headline. What is it about?
Content: a description of the problem. Try to remain as calm as possible and explain to us where the problem lies.
CCC: the position of the problem. You can simply copy this from the menu (see directly below)
Steam ID: Your Steam ID. If you don't know it, you can find here the FAQ section of Steam with corresponding instructions.
In the game you can open our menu by simply pressing ESC. There you will find a direct link to the Support Ticket Channel (yellow arrow) and can copy your CCC to the clipboard.
Click once on the button, then insert in the menu.
Help for self-help; first aid if you or your Tame are stuck somewhere
/unstuck - can free both a player and the tame he is sitting on.
/unstuckanimal - look at the tame and enter it - the tame will be teleported. As an additional in-game solution, you can also put your tame in a so-called "Magic Flask".
And what if your body is stuck in the ground?
Variant 1) /unstuckcorpse . If the corpse falls through the ground again, stand on a stone or on some ground.
Variant 2) Hit the spot in the ground where the corpse is hanging with a Tame.
Variant 3) Use a tool to hit the spot in the ground where the corpse is hanging.
Variant 4) If you can reach the corpse with a grappling hook, you can also use it to pull it towards you.
And if your ship is stuck? Drop anchor, use the "E" menu on your ship to select the options and use "Unstuck Ship". Your ship will then be teleported to a safe distance from land.
